The CV training – slightly slower than LT training?

That's what it seems to me. Actually, it seems to be in the range of, if not slightly faster than, marathon pace. My gut says somewhere in the 2:00-2:30 race effort range, which would be roughly marathon pace for the elites and slightly faster for those of us who are slightly slower.
