I don't normally read stuff like this, but thanks for passing it on.  I run with someone who
breaks down about everything.  He's good at getting the concept, practicing the concept,
and communicating the concept.  This is one thing he embraces.  After a few years, I have
tried to increase my frequency.  My reason is primarily to discover a way to avoid injury and
general tweaks.  Currently, I am not disappointed with the results.  It is much easier to
practice on a dreadmill and let the results come out over normal turf.  Normal turf is difficult
for me.  I am a rather high stepper, which on trails can be beneficial.  On normal turf, I am
not yet confident of my stride clearing obstructions.
