I went to the doctors website, it was informative. I will try to give my forefoot more room. I will losen up my shoelaces in front giving my forefoot more room. If this does not work, I will try new shoes with a larger forefoot box. Worse case scenerio, this is the start of a stress fracture, (although I do not think this is the case because the pain only occurs while I am running) I will consult a physician.

Would a stress fracture hurt only while running 5 miles and beyond, never before this point and never after I stop running? Slowing my pace even relieves the pain.
I know this is quite specific, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
