Damn it – ya’ll win. But if I fail to run a sub three (all things considered) I will try my idea (and probably fail that to but at least I’ll try it). I have strated running 2 mile runs just to get the feet rolling again (and as warm-up) the pace has been about 7:45 at the slowest – can I at least keep that pace since it feels ok?
