Wednesday – just another three mile base builder. This one was slower at about a 8:45 pace. I think that the quicker pace builders have my legs tired out – too many months off. Will try to run an even four miles tomorrow.
Rita – very sorry to hear about the calf. Plenty of liquids, rest and even nice hot baths (with or without bubbles 🙂 ) should do the trick. Good luck and get enough rest to fully recover.
Mark – since I am starting base building over completely due to four plus months off from running distance will come in a month or two. For now I want to get back to daily running. But thanks for the thought.
