One thing I like to do is keep track of the marathon pace, tempo, vo2 and hill miles. I like to know what % my workout mileage is in relation to my total mileage for the week. I don’t think there is a magic number but it’s helpful to look at when your trying to figure out what’s going well or wrong. Happy to send my log via email if you want.
