the group that “wins” is the group who has the better genetic make up and unless you are training groups of identical twins I think there will be some genetic variance…

the winners will be the ones who USE their method most correctly… I’m not going to scour the last thread but I think I remember someone stating that one method is not superior if you don’t LISTEN to the feedback…

the same could be said about training with a coach…if you don’t follow the advise of your coach can you say it’s his/her fault if things don’t go as planned? and will the same plan work for everyone?

what is so exciting about running is that even given the different ages, genetics, training philosophies, nutrition we all want the SAME THING… improvement… I just wish we didn’t have to wait 6-12 months to see if it’s going to get us where we want to be.. I’m still working on patience along with endurance, stamina, speed(relative)…
