    I ran 10 fairly fast (for me) miles and my right hip is very sore (the muscles) I have a 10K tomorrow – how can I recover in time? Hot baths and good massages? Ben Gay? All of the above? Help quick.

    If it’s just soreness, ice, massage, and rest will help it and you can feel things out tomorrow. If it’s more than just soreness, you’re better off keeping the big goal in mind.

    It is just soreness – when I massage the hip I feel it most. I’ll race tomorrow see ya soon.
