    Do you know some jump and weight lifting exercises which could help me to improve my knee elevation and do my stride longer?

    You could also discuss with your coach how hill workouts would fit into your training schedule, as well as the use of plyometrics. Also, don’t forget that there are two components of speed: stride length and turnover.
