Sun: 12 Marathon pace (finished last 3 miles at tempo pace)
Total: 67 Miles
Less than 2 weeks until the race. This week mileage drops to 58. My confidence was restored on Sunday. The easy days helped. I ran the last 6 miles at 7:17,7:25,7:19,6:55,7:06 and 6:57. I felt relaxed and comfortable throughtout.
