This seems to be turning into an annual tradition to offer a thanks to you on Thanksgiving. That doesn’t make it any less heartfelt, though.
I created HillRunner.com many years ago because I wanted to give something to the running community that gave so much to me. While I strive to do that every day, I keep finding that, the more I give to the community, the more it gives back. I didn’t expect that but it’s how things have worked out.
I’m truly grateful, not just for the ability to give back to the running community through HillRunner.com but also for all the running community has given me, through HillRunner.com and otherwise. The running community and its generosity never ceases to amaze me.
Thank you to all the runners who support HillRunner.com financially through hiring me to coach you or becoming a Club HillRunner.com member. Without that support, it’s hard to envision how HillRunner.com would remain viable.
Thank you to all who represent HillRunner.com, through joining Team HillRunner.com at Al’s Run, wearing gear otherwise, or simply spreading the word. It means a lot to me that you believe in HillRunner.com enough to do that and, to be honest, this word of mouth advertising is far more beneficial than any form of paid advertising.
And thank you to everyone who takes part in the community, either in the comments on the blog, in the forums, on social media, or simply by using the tools made available here and letting me know you appreciate them. Your use of HillRunner.com and its tools is really what this is all about. It’s what I wanted HillRunner.com to be when I started it and will always me important to me.
You all mean so much to me. I’m such a fortunate person to have found this wonderful community. Thank you all for all that you do.
