Arthur Lydiard
| Anyone who knows me as a runner knows how much I respect Arthur Lydiard. Upon his passing, I have done a lot of introspection and I wanted to do something special in honor of him. I started with a personal thank you to Lydiard, remembering how he has directly and indirectly influenced my running. That wasn't enough, though. I had to give him a whole section on this site.
