As you may have heard, Team HillRunner.com’s usual annual event, Al’s Run, is not happening in 2023. Hopefully, it will come back in future years.
Fortunately, for the past two years, we have also been running the Hank Aaron State Trail 5K. Time to double down and show up in force there!

Picking up on the tradition from Al’s Run, team members will be welcome to my house in Slinger after the race to participate in some social time and enjoying some kind of good food (either a cookout or some kind of alternative meal).
Al’s Run has always been my favorite running day of the year because of the great people who are willing to represent HillRunner.com and the race itself. The Hank Aaron State Trail 5K was quickly joining Al’s Run as a very special day for me. Hopefully, it can replace that wonderful day this year and, if necessary, into the future.
I know August is a less convenient time but I hope many of you can still make it and we can keep the Team HillRunner.com tradition going!
